Tony's Butcher Block is where fresh ingredients meet bold, honest flavors. Everything is made to order — no corners cut, no fast food shortcuts. From our hand-sliced deli meats and house-made sausage to wood fire pizza and clean healthy meals, every dish is crafted with care.
We use 100% beef tallow for frying, toast every bun with real butter, and make our burgers fresh in-house every single day. Ticket times average 10–15 minutes. Good food takes a little time — and it's always worth it.

Stopped by for lunch and it was fantastic! We got the Italian cold cut sandwich — absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. They have a huge selection of meats, cheeses, and other deli items, and the pickles were massive and super juicy. It was pretty busy when we went, but totally worth the wait. Great local spot — we'll definitely be back!

Any sub sandwich they serve is a safe bet. We had a delicious steak sub with everything on it that Philly would be jealous of. And the turkey and cheese sub was righteous.
Oh my god everything here is delicious. Steak sandwiches on buttery bread, fresh shrimp salad, Cajun spiced fries in tallow... innovative cakes (blueberry flapjack?!) — a real gem in the Berkeley Springs area!
